Many thanks to the participants and to the volunteers that made this years golf scramble a success. What a beautiful Florida day for a golf tournament, warm and sunny, and it seems that a good time was had by all. The Saladino Golf Scramble provides an opportunity for supporters of the Baseball Tournament (coaches, parents, family and friends) to get together and have some fun on the golf course while supporting the baseball tournament. This year’s upcoming golf scramble is our sixth annual event intended to raise funds for the Hillsborough Education Foundation / Saladino Baseball Tournament. This year’s golf scramble will be held on Sunday March 30, 2008 at Rogers Park Golf Course (1:00 pm start) and includes *before play luncheon*, individual player trophies and cash payouts for top three teams and plenty of door prizes. The cost is $70 per person and tournament sponsors are available for $500 (includes 4-some and special sponsor recognition at golf tournament). If unavailable to play or sponsor at the above levels, donations and support of this cause in any way possible would be greatly appreciated.
